Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information about returning products (and related refunds, or repairs). The Returns Policy is incorporated by reference (which means that it forms part of these Terms and Conditions)
This Policy applies to products bought from East Elite Lifting Equipment.
This Policy forms part of the East Elite Lifting Equipment Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise.

 

East Elite Lifting Equipment Terms and Conditions

The Company does not accept the return of Product(s), other than Product(s) delivered in error such Product(s) may be returned to the Company after agreement by the Company in writing, within 7 (seven) days of receipt thereof by the Purchaser.
Invoice/document numbers must always be quoted when a request for a credit for such Product(s) contemplated herein is made.
All goods returned will be in the same condition as when originally delivered by the Company. Failure to comply with requirement will nullify any further claims for credit against the Company
The Company may in its sole discretion and subject to such conditions or charges as it may impose, agree in writing to accept other returns. A 20% (twenty percent) handling fee will be charged for all correctly supplied goods.
Returned undamaged to the Company within 7 (seven) days of receipt thereof by the Purchaser; and are in their original packaging and have not been unpacked or used and are not defaced or have any markings.
The transport of any goods for any reason back to the seller will be for the buyer’s account.

No returns or credits for special or custom units including back ordered items. No electronic products are returnable.

Quoted items will not automatically include delivery. Only items purchased directly on the online shop booked with shipping will be delivered. Orders can be canceled by East Elite Lifting Equipment without prior notice. Shipping Cost are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact the sales office by emailing (sales@eastelite.co.za) and request so in writing. Shipping / delivery costs are non-refundable.

If the item you have received is not what you have ordered, you can have it replaced with the correct product. Please be advised that the product supplied may vary from the advertised products cosmetically.

Delivery Of goods

East Elite Lifting Equipment endeavors to deliver items that are in stock within 4-5 working days (provided that shipping/delivery fees are paid and full payment for goods are reflecting in our bank account). Items collected and delivered by third parts are out of our control.  Items not in stock and on back order may have longer lead times depending on availably and or shipping including FORCE MAJEURE.

Free delivery is limited to our Standard Pallet Jacks and only within JHB- PTA City. This is a one-time delivery service. Additional trips or returns are billable. All other areas may incur delivery costs.

Exclusions:

This does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

1. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading.

2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or unauthorized repair.

3. Damage caused by fire, accidents, acts of nature, or any other external causes.

4. Failure to follow product instructions or use in accordance with its intended purpose.

5. Any damage resulting from improper storage or transportation.

6. All parts which are deemed by East Elite Lifting Equipment, in its sole discretion, as consumable parts.

7. East Elite do not cover Buyer’s remorse purchase.

 

Limitations:

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

East Elite Lifting Equipment reserves the right to modify or terminate policy at any time without prior notice.

Replacement products are subject to availability and may not be identical in colour or style to the
original product.

Cost of shipping or returning the product for replacement is the responsibility of the customer.
